“had a fantastic day,our driver was waiting for us when we got to reception,then straight to our comfortable coach, then set off within minutes, into Slovakia, went for a lovely three course meal in one of the most beautiful setting, a lodge in the mountains with spectacular views, would be spectacular for weddings, and good food, excellent service,stops on the way for photo opportunities, honestly I can't fault it, our guide Atila was excellent and very approachable and couldn't be more knowledgeable or helpfull, I highly recommend this day trip,if your thinking of booking it,do it.”

“I would like to get my refunds because this was a terrible tour experience for me. First of all the tour company didn’t pick me up from the hotel. After I called they said that I have to have my own transport. I got the taxi and reached there and then the tour guide didn’t explain if the Basilica will be closed and there was no vegetarian meals. We didn’t see the any of the places shown in as photos on this tour such as Visgard and no tickets were provided for any of the excursions so whole trip was waist. My valuables vacations time was lost entirely for whole…”

“This was a beautiful, informative and delightful tour of the Danube Bend. My guide, Nora, had a wealth of information and history of the area. The villages we visited were each special in their own way and we had a delicious lunch in a quaint restaurant under a grape arbor. Lots of fun places to shop. I highly recommend this tour if you want to explore the beautiful countryside outside of Budapest. Nora was a wonderful guide and very responsive to my needs and wishes!”

“An informative but long trip to and from both cities. Our tour driver was friendly and helpful but sometimes difficult to hear from the back seat of her personal vehicle. Lots to see of the medieval fortress at Visegrad, with sweeping views of the Danube. But be advised - a lot of steps up to the top!! Szentendre was a wonderful, picturesque city with lots of unique shops. All in all, a bit pricey.”

We spent the majority of time driving in her car to various places starting with Pest and then moving over to Budapest. She offered a detailed explanation at each site and gave us Hungarian lessons along the way.
